1. Privacy

BulletHire holds all personal information received from License Holders and Users, and Website Visitors (all "Users") in strict confidence, and with complete integrity for security and privacy to the fullest extent provided in our Terms & Conditions.
While BulletHire collects data and maintains records of all transactions, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our Users.
We pledge and agree that no information specifically identified to registered Users of the BulletHire Website will be sold, traded, disclosed, or shared with any third party, including advertisers, organizations, or other Users, without prior agreement from the other User. The following exceptions apply in specific situations:

Information that the terms of an administrative order, court order, subpoena or governmental regulation requires us to disclose, that we in good faith determine is legally required to be revealed, or that law enforcement authorities request us to disclose in connection with their investigations, providing that notification of this release of information is simultaneously provided to the User;
Information revealed during the course of our enforcement of the Terms & Conditions or Website Policies, or during the course of any disciplinary actions with respect to a User; publicly available information about a User obtained by BulletHire other than through the Web site;
Information that we in good faith determine must be disclosed to correct what we believe to be false or misleading information or to address activities that we believe to be manipulative or deceptive.
BulletHire may publicly reference the names of its Users solely as companies without disclosing information about activities or their usage on the Website. BulletHire will internally and externally publish information about activity aggregated information that does not include the identities of Users that are parties to actions on the Website, and does not give any statement or indication from which a User may be identified.

2. Computer Information

When a User connects with the Website, BulletHire automatically captures the IP address and host name (if available) of the originating server.
The IP address identifies the computer a User is working on, but does not reveal any personal information about the User. This information helps BulletHire to diagnose problems with our server. It also allows directed improvements to the Website by gathering broad, non-attributed demographic information about general patterns of User use of the web site.

3. Security

This Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. These include firewall protection, password encryption, and restricted Server access. Such measures may not prevent loss, misuse or alteration of information in all cases. We urge Users to exercise caution and due care while using our site.

4. Cookies

The Website uses a cookie file so that Users do not have to log in each time they wish to view their operating section of the web site. This is a convenience and time-saver for single-user computer access. When multiple users use the same computer, cookies should be disabled in the browser (see browser preferences or options). When cookies are disabled, users will need to log in each time.

5. Cancellation / Unsubscribe Options

Any User may cancel and terminate its license to participate on the BulletHire Website at any time by sending an email to customer-service@BulletHire.com and in the subject line write "cancel."
