The IP address
identifies the computer a User is working on, but does not reveal any personal

problems with our server. It also allows directed improvements to the Website by
gathering broad, non-attributed demographic information about general patterns
of User use of the web site.

This Website

encryption, and restricted Server access. Such measures may not prevent loss,
misuse or alteration of information in all cases. We urge Users to exercise
caution and due care while using our site.
4. Cookies
The Website
uses a cookie file so that Users do not have to log in each time they wish to
view their operating section of the web site. This is a convenience and
time-saver for single-user computer access. When multiple users use the same
computer, cookies should be disabled in the browser (see browser preferences or
options). When cookies are disabled, users will need to log in each time.
